A person who is requesting authentication of signature on a Power of Attorney document must arrive at the Consulate in person.
Be advised that the Consulate does not provide Power of Attorney documents nor is responsible for the content in the documents provided.
A person who is unable to read and understand a document will not be able to sign that document. To that end, the Consulate accepts document written only in Hebrew or English.
When arriving at the Consulate to notarize a Power of Attorney please provide the following:
- Valid identification (i.e. passport)
- Original copy of the document
- A copy of the original document that will remain at the Consulate
- Payment: $11.00 per signature in cash or money order only
